Every Wood Fusion Creations piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. We take extra care with packaging and shipping to make sure your piece arrives safely.
Processing Time: Most items ship within 5-7 business days. Custom orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on complexity.
Shipping Method: We ship via UPS or FedEx with tracking provided on all orders. Large items ship via freight with white-glove delivery options available.
Shipping Costs:
Small items (coasters, charcuterie boards, clocks): Calculated at checkout
Medium items (plant stands, accent tables): Typically $25-$75
Large items (dining tables, desks, console tables): Free shipping within Ohio. Out-of-state shipping quoted individually.
Local Pickup: Free pickup available in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Select Local Pickup at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
We stand behind every piece we make.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If your item arrives damaged or is not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right.
Custom Orders: Custom pieces are made specifically for you and are final sale. We send photos and updates during the build process so you can approve before we ship.
Damaged Items: If your piece arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will file a shipping claim and take care of you.
Care Instructions:
Clean with a damp cloth, avoid harsh chemicals
Epoxy resin surfaces are durable and water-resistant but avoid prolonged direct sunlight
Use coasters or trivets for very hot items (above 120 degrees)
For tables and desks, avoid dragging heavy objects across the surface
