Every custom piece is built by hand in our Ohio workshop, from raw wood to finished product.

How long does a custom order take?
Most custom pieces take 2-6 weeks, depending on complexity. After you send the form, we reply within 48 hours with sketches or questions and a price range.
What can I customize?
Size and dimensions, wood type (walnut, oak, cherry, maple and more), epoxy color (any combination, metallic pigments or glow-in-the-dark), design theme, embedded LED lighting for tables and desks, and shape and style such as live edge, geometric or round.
How does pricing work?

How will my custom piece get to me?
We deliver, or ship it to you. We do not offer pickup. Orders ship by UPS or FedEx with tracking, and large items ship by freight with white-glove delivery options available. Large items ship free within Ohio, and out-of-state shipping is quoted individually.
How do I care for my piece?
Clean with a damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. Epoxy resin surfaces are durable and water-resistant, but avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Use coasters or trivets for very hot items (above 120°F), and avoid dragging heavy objects across tables and desks.
Can I return a custom piece?
Custom pieces are made specifically for you and are final sale. We send photos and updates during the build so you can approve your piece before we ship.
